The service provided was top-notch, with friendly and attentive staff who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. We were also impressed by the range of amenities offered, including room service, car hire, and airport shuttle, making our stay convenient and hassle-free. The hotel also provided a warm welcome drink and helpful tours/ticket assistance, allowing us to explore and experience the area to the fullest. The room itself was luxurious and well-equipped, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. The highlight, however, was the stunning infinity pool and jacuzzi, where we could relax and take in the magnificent views of the natural surroundings.

The hotel was located very far away from the main city and it was difficult to reach. Despite the hotel staff being accommodating when it came to cooking our own meals in the kitchen provided in the room, it was still not a sufficient solution.

We spent Thanksgiving in a hotel that was nestled in the heart of a lush jungle. We loved waking up to stunning views of the nature that surrounded us. The hotel provided us with an array of facilities, including a beautiful pool and outdoor hot tub, which we enjoyed greatly. we were thrilled about the exceptional cocktails served at the restaurant.

Although the location was incredible, we did find it challenging to get to the hotel as it was quite remote. the constant dampness made everything feel a bit too moist for our liking.
